Ingredients

chicken breasts

broccoli

Brussels sprouts

honey

lemon
juiced

minced garlic

tbsp
avocado oil
Instructions
Cube chicken
Half Brussels sprouts
Cut broccoli down to florets
Heat avocado oil in sauté pan on medium heat
Cook chicken until 3/4 done and set aside
Raise heat to medium high and cook vegetables until tender
Stir in garlic
Return chicken and its juices to pan mixing thoroughly
Reduce to medium low and continue cooking until vegetables are desired consistency
Drizzle honey over mixture and stir to coat evenly
