Chicken, Turkey Sausage, Tomatoes and Red Lentil Pasta in Tomato Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 lbs turkey Italian Sausage
  • 1 pkg grape tomatoes
  • 1 box red lentil pasta
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Equipment

  • 1 Sharp knife
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Large Sautee Pan
  • Measuring spoons
  • 1 Gallon Storage Bag

Method
 

  1. Cut chicken into thin narrow strips
  2. Cut grape tomatoes in half lengthwise
  3. Heat avocado oil in sauté pan on medium high
  4. Brown chicken and Italian sausage on medium high until 3/4 cooked
  5. Stir in garlic, parsley and Italian seasoning
  6. Stir in heavy whipping cream and let mixture come to a light boil
  7. Add uncooked pasta, reduce to simmer and cover
  8. Cook until pasta is desired consistency
