Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken
  • 1.5 - 2 cups red enchilada sauce
  • 1 container guacamole
  • 5 cups white rice
  • 10 med low carb wraps

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Pick the meat off the chicken
  2. Add avocado oil to skillet
  3. Add chicken and sauce
  4. Mix well
  5. Spread a tablespoon of guacamole on each of 2 wraps
  6. Place half a cup of rice on guacamole
  7. Place 4 ounces of chicken in each wrap
  8. Fold and enjoy
