Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken
  • 1.5 - 2 cups red enchilada sauce
  • 1 container guacamole
  • 5 cups white rice
  • 10 med low carb wraps

Instructions
 

  • Pick the meat off the chicken
  • Add avocado oil to skillet
  • Add chicken and sauce
  • Mix well
  • Spread a tablespoon of guacamole on each of 2 wraps
  • Place half a cup of rice on guacamole
  • Place 4 ounces of chicken in each wrap
  • Fold and enjoy
