- Clean mushrooms and set aside
- Heat oil over medium high heat until oil has legs
- Sear chicken breasts on each side for 2 minutes
- Remove chicken and set aside
- Reduce heat to medium
- Add butter and garlic to pan
- Sautee garlic until aromatic then add mushroom
- Cook until mushrooms are tender
- Add bone broth, wine, and stir to combine
- Return chicken to pan and continue to cook covered for 20 minutes
- Mix cornstarch with cool water and stir until smooth
- Pour in cornstarch mixture to thicken
