Clean mushrooms and set aside
Heat oil over medium high heat until oil has legs
Sear chicken breasts on each side for 2 minutes
Remove chicken and set aside
Reduce heat to medium
Add butter and garlic to pan
Sautee garlic until aromatic then add mushroom
Cook until mushrooms are tender
Add bone broth, wine, and stir to combine
Return chicken to pan and continue to cook covered for 20 minutes
Mix cornstarch with cool water and stir until smooth
Pour in cornstarch mixture to thicken
